David RichardCOOPERSally, Ann, Richard and Jane would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and Dave's work colleagues, who attended his funeral on 25th April at York Crematorium. We would also like to thank them for the cards, messages of sympathy, flowers and plants we have received following the sudden and very sad loss of Dave. Sincere thanks also for the very generous donations to The Salvation Army and St Leonard's Hospice in York. Special thanks go to Dave's very close friend, Joe Bennett and to Lyndsey Shields for the eulogies. Also to Lucy Horsman at J G Fielder and Son Funeral Directors and Liz and Rachel Dawes at Take a Leaf for the beautiful flowers.
